Kuranda Scenic Railway:

Notification of amendment or cancellation must be given at least 24 hours in advance otherwise a cancellation fee will apply. Child is aged 4-14 years. Pensioner is for Australian residents only. Students with a current Australian or International Student Card. Family includes 2 Adults and 2 Children.

Kimberley Wild Expeditions:

Cancellation by the traveller: If you wish to cancel your tour you must immediately inform Kimberley Wild Expeditions Pty Ltd. Once we have received your notice, cancellation will take effect. Please note the following charges will apply on cancellation: • If Cancellation takes place within 30 days of departure your deposit will be forfeited. • If Cancellation takes place within 21 days of departure 50% of your tour price will be forfeited. • If Cancellation takes place within 14 days of departure 100% of your tour price will be forfeited. Cancellation by Kimberley Wild Expeditions Pty Ltd: Kimberley Wild Expeditions Pty Ltd reserves the right to cancel or postpone any tour due to unforeseen circumstances. Circumstances may be due to road conditions, flooding, mechanical defect, cultural considerations or other reason. In the event of tour cancellation by Kimberley Wild, an alternative tour or full refund for that tour will be offered.

SEIT Outback Australia:

FIT Tours 50% - within 72 hours 100% - Less than 48 hours Extended Touring 50% - within 5 days 100% - within 72 hours

Gray Line Sightseeing Day Tours - Tasmania:

Cancellation fees of 50% may apply for a tour cancelled within 72 and 24 hours of travel. Cancellation fees of 100% may apply to a booking cancelled within 24hrs of travel or when no notice is given. Cancellation fees imposed on Gray Line by our suppliers will also be passed on. Tours may be cancelled at Gray Line's discretion in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

Wineglass Bay Discovery Tours:

Cancellation Policy: By us: On very rare occasions, tours may be cancelled (severe weather, road closures, insufficient numbers). Should this occur you will receive a full refund and we will endeavour to offer you an alternative date. By You: If cancellation of booking is made at least 15 day(s) in advance of the scheduled departure, you will receive 100% refund. If cancellation of booking is made between 7 and 14 day(s) in advance of departure, you will receive 75% refund If cancellation of booking is made between 3 and 6 day(s) in advance of departure date you will receive 50% refund If cancellation of booking is made within 2 day(s) of the scheduled departure a 100% cancellation fee will be incurred. No refund.
